When water repeatedly finds its way through an ageing flat roof, continually treating individual leaks may stop making financial sense.
Our EPDM roofing service in Brentry provides homeowners with the option of replacing deteriorated flat roof coverings with a modern rubber system.
Brunel Roofing Bristol can install EPDM on garages, extensions, porches and other suitable areas.
Correct Preparation Matters
Before installing anything, we examine the roof deck and overall construction.
A new covering installed over unsuitable decking isn't a proper solution. Where necessary, damaged material can be removed and replaced before the EPDM membrane is fitted.
That approach gives the new roof the sound foundation it needs.

What Makes a Good EPDM Roof?
A properly installed EPDM system can offer a practical, durable solution for straightforward flat roofs such as garages and extensions. The membrane is flexible and weather resistant, but its performance depends entirely on what's underneath it. Poor preparation, unsuitable decking or badly detailed edges will undermine even the best material, which is why we approach every EPDM roof from the structure upwards.
