Older Easton properties often contain extensions and additions constructed at different stages of the building's life.
Flat roofs on these structures eventually require maintenance or replacement.
Brunel Roofing Bristol provides EPDM roofing throughout Easton, offering a modern option for suitable ageing flat roofs.
From Leaking Roof to New EPDM System
Before recommending replacement, we'll inspect why the existing roof is leaking.
Where the covering has reached the end of its useful life, we can prepare the roof and install a new EPDM system with careful attention to all important junctions.

Getting the Most From an EPDM Roof
When professionally installed, EPDM provides a practical and weather-resistant covering for many residential flat roofs, particularly garages and extensions. Achieving that result depends on more than the membrane itself: sound decking, correct preparation and carefully constructed edges and junctions are just as important. Brunel Roofing Bristol treats EPDM as a complete roofing project rather than simply fitting a sheet of rubber.
