Established Lawrence Hill properties can have flat roof additions dating from different periods, and some older systems eventually become difficult to maintain economically.
Brunel Roofing Bristol provides EPDM roof replacement in Lawrence Hill, offering a modern option for suitable roofs.
More Than Just a New Covering
When an old roof is removed, we'll assess the deck and important roof junctions underneath.
Any necessary preparation can then be completed before the EPDM is installed.
This avoids the false economy of installing a new surface onto an unsuitable base.

What Makes a Good EPDM Roof?
A properly installed EPDM system can offer a practical, durable solution for straightforward flat roofs such as garages and extensions. The membrane is flexible and weather resistant, but its performance depends entirely on what's underneath it. Poor preparation, unsuitable decking or badly detailed edges will undermine even the best material, which is why we approach every EPDM roof from the structure upwards.
