Modern EPDM provides homeowners with an alternative to repeatedly patching an ageing flat roof.
Brunel Roofing Bristol installs rubber roofing throughout Ashley Down on garages, home extensions, dormers, porches and other flat roof structures.
Many established Ashley Down properties have been altered and extended over time, creating smaller flat roof sections alongside the original pitched roof. These areas need proper weatherproofing and drainage if they are going to perform reliably.
We can remove deteriorated coverings, inspect the roof structure and prepare a suitable base for the new membrane.
EPDM Flat Roof Specialists
Good EPDM roofing depends on far more than the membrane itself. Roof edges, outlets, upstands and adjoining walls all require careful detailing.
Our experienced roofing team handles the complete installation from preparation through to the finished roof.

The Case for EPDM Rubber Roofing
EPDM is a flexible, weather-resistant membrane that suits many residential flat roofs, from garages to home extensions. But the material itself is only part of the story. Good materials cannot compensate for poor roof preparation, unsuitable decking or badly finished edges and junctions. That's why Brunel Roofing Bristol treats every EPDM job as a complete roofing project, not just a membrane fit.
