Flat roof additions are common on established Bristol homes, particularly over rear extensions, utility areas and garages.
Brunel Roofing Bristol installs EPDM roofing throughout Redfield, helping homeowners replace older coverings that have become unreliable.
Built on a Sound Foundation
Before installing the membrane, we'll establish whether the existing roof deck remains suitable.
Any necessary repairs or replacement can be completed first.
We then concentrate on the details that matter — drainage, edges, wall junctions and a properly finished roofing system.

EPDM Rubber Roofing Done Properly
EPDM offers a flexible, weather-resistant covering well suited to many residential flat roofs, including garages and extensions. The material alone, however, isn't enough to guarantee a lasting result. Roof preparation, decking condition and the detailing of edges and junctions all matter just as much, and Brunel Roofing Bristol considers each of these as part of a complete roofing project.
