If you're continually repairing the same leaking flat roof, there comes a point where replacement becomes the more sensible investment.
Brunel Roofing Bristol provides EPDM flat roof installation in Barton Hill, offering a modern solution for ageing or unreliable flat roofing.
EPDM can be used on extensions, garages, utility rooms, dormers, porches and numerous other residential flat roof areas.
Before replacing a roof, we'll establish why the old system failed. Poor drainage, deteriorated decking or badly finished edges can all contribute to recurring problems.
Rubber Roof Repairs & Replacement
Already have an EPDM roof with a problem? We can assess that too.
We'll determine whether a localised repair is appropriate or whether the condition of the overall roof makes replacement the better option.

What Makes a Good EPDM Roof?
A properly installed EPDM system can offer a practical, durable solution for straightforward flat roofs such as garages and extensions. The membrane is flexible and weather resistant, but its performance depends entirely on what's underneath it. Poor preparation, unsuitable decking or badly detailed edges will undermine even the best material, which is why we approach every EPDM roof from the structure upwards.
