Small flat roofs can cause disproportionately large problems when the covering begins to fail.
Brunel Roofing Bristol installs EPDM rubber roofs in Eastville, covering garages, extensions, porches, dormers and suitable outbuildings.
If an existing flat roof is deteriorating, we'll assess whether repair remains worthwhile or whether replacement would provide a better long-term solution.
Professional EPDM Workmanship
Correct preparation and finishing are essential.
We pay close attention to the roof deck, falls, drainage, wall junctions and perimeter details to create a professionally finished installation.

Why Choose EPDM Rubber Roofing?
A professionally installed EPDM system can provide a practical solution for many residential flat roofs. The membrane is flexible and weather resistant and can be particularly useful on garages, extensions and other straightforward flat roof structures. The crucial word, though, is professionally. Good materials cannot compensate for poor roof preparation, unsuitable decking or badly constructed edges and junctions. Brunel Roofing Bristol approaches EPDM as a roofing project from the structure upwards.
