Many established Henleaze homes have been enlarged over the years with extensions, garages and dormers incorporating flat roof areas.
Brunel Roofing Bristol provides EPDM rubber roofing in Henleaze, combining modern materials with experienced roofing workmanship.
Working With Established Homes
Where a new flat roof joins an older building, the junction between the two is particularly important.
We carefully assess walls, existing pitched roofs, leadwork, outlets and roof edges to ensure the new system integrates properly with the property.
If decking has deteriorated beneath an old roof, this can also be dealt with during replacement.

Getting the Most From an EPDM Roof
When professionally installed, EPDM provides a practical and weather-resistant covering for many residential flat roofs, particularly garages and extensions. Achieving that result depends on more than the membrane itself: sound decking, correct preparation and carefully constructed edges and junctions are just as important. Brunel Roofing Bristol treats EPDM as a complete roofing project rather than simply fitting a sheet of rubber.
