EPDM Roofing in Hotwells

Hotwells has distinctive older properties where any modern roofing work needs to be considered in the context of the existing building.

Brunel Roofing Bristol installs EPDM roofing in Hotwells on suitable flat roof structures and additions.

Careful Integration With Older Roofing

We assess how the flat roof joins walls, pitched roofing, chimneys and other architectural details.

The objective is to create a reliable modern flat roof without ignoring the condition of the surrounding structure.

Where an older flat roof is being replaced, we can also investigate hidden decking deterioration once the existing covering is removed.

What Makes a Good EPDM Roof?

A properly installed EPDM system can offer a practical, durable solution for straightforward flat roofs such as garages and extensions. The membrane is flexible and weather resistant, but its performance depends entirely on what's underneath it. Poor preparation, unsuitable decking or badly detailed edges will undermine even the best material, which is why we approach every EPDM roof from the structure upwards.
